Frequently Asked Questions

We've put together a list of the most common questions that we are asked about our Doncaster Dry Cleaning service, but if you have others, please do not hesitate to call.

     
Q.   How long will my dry cleaning or laundry take?
A.   Items are usually ready by the same time the following day at our Balby outlet, but it will depend on the items themselves.
Typically, lighter coloured items may take a little longer.
Q.   Are you insured to cover the cost of my items if they are damaged?
A.   Yes, we are fully insured.
     
Q.   What time do you open? 
A.    Balby:  Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm.  Saturday 10.00am - 2.00pm
     
Q.   Do you offer a 4 hour service?
 A.  

If you happen to catch us at the right time in our schedule, we could possible provide this service for you but it is not something that we advertise.  However, at our Balby outlet we offer a 'Drop by 10.00am - collect after 4.00pm' service which has proved very popular with many of our customers.

     
Q.   What do I do if I have a complaint about your services?

Q.   Do I face any risks by having my curtains dry cleaned?
A.   Not usually no.  But we do like to make our customers aware of potential issues, depending on the age and fragility of the curtains in question.  On receipt of your curtains, all good dry cleaners should bring certain facts to your attention.  You can read more about these facts here: Curtain Cleaning at Unit 4 Dry Cleaning
